Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join the Growth Intelligence team and collaborate closely with stakeholders from the Product Marketing, CRM, Business Development, and Engineering teams to identify business needs and uncover analytics opportunities.

Your mission:

  • Deliver real impact. Bring concrete impact to the Growth team and business line through analysis and implementation of rigorous data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and drive. Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Design and optimize experiments. Develop and manage A/B tests to optimize and guide product and processes enhancements.
  • Create and maintain descriptive outcomes. Track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards, maps) to communicate analytical insights effectively.
  • Manage analytic solutions. Modernize, standardize, troubleshoot, and maintain existing analytic solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Cooperate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into broader business strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends. Continuously evolve the organization by adopting best-in-class technologies and techniques.
  • Enhance data-driven culture. Support decision-making and promote a data-driven culture through ad-hoc analyses and insights.

Your ideal profile:

  • Proven experience and analytical skills. You have 5+ years of working experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and can apply high-level analytical, statistical, and quantitative problem-solving skills to various scenarios. If you have a passion for working with data and a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, attribution, and web analytics, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
  • Expertise in programming. You possess advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization, as well as extensive knowledge of Python or R. Additionally, you have experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Detail-oriented and communicative. You have a maniacal attention to detail and enjoy executing complex projects. You can communicate in a structured and convincing manner, adapting your style to build trust in a positive and professional way with various stakeholders.
  • Passion for fintech or startup environments. You are enthusiastic about working in dynamic, innovative settings.
  • Language proficiency. You are fluent in Italian and English.
