PROJECT The project involves implementing and optimizing a sophisticated pricing platform for large-scale retail operations. You’ll work on aligning platform capabilities with client needs, designing pricing experiments, and ensuring adoption through training and support. Key Technologies: SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Revionics, DemandTec Job Description Analyze business and pricing processes to identify optimization opportunities Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and processes Recommend improvements based on best practices Align platform capabilities with client requirements Design and validate pricing experiments with Data Scientists Configure pricing platform for optimal client setup Deliver user training and ongoing support Monitor pricing performance and share insights Drive user adoption and recommend strategies to maximize platform value Qualifications 5+ years in pricing analytics, data analysis, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R Understanding of data structures, modeling, and warehousing Experience in data cleaning and quality assurance Proven delivery of impactful analytics solutions Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and psychological pricing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Upper-Intermediate English or higher WILL BE A PLUS Pricing strategy experience (cost-plus, value-based, competitive models) Dynamic pricing and price elasticity analysis AI/ML applications in pricing Familiarity with pricing intelligence tools Experience with retail pricing software Knowledge of pricing-related legal restrictions Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Inclusive mindset, open to diverse backgrounds Collaborative and team-oriented Passion for turning complex data into actionable insights
