Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: Establish and maintain partnerships with AO internal and cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and be able to provide efficient solutions Own and evolve key reporting platforms, ensure data integrity and produce reports using dashboards and metrics to measure progress Contribute with data and insights in OiS wide forums and communications (e.g. review forums, SharePoint sites, …) Drive data integrity and alignment with the global AO teams and other stakeholders Set standards, frameworks, and governance for analytics practices Support in complex, cross -functional initiatives (e.g. in digitalization, use of AI) Build and maintain an active network with other analysts to continuously learn and develop analytics processes, tools and solutions Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements OnePPM administrator What you will need: Required Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 2 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of predictive/advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft suite Preferred Qualification: Proactive problem solving, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Passion for continuous improvement and learning Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail Strong proficiency in SQL server and relational databases. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SharePoint. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
