We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team!
In this role, you will lead MarTech and product analytics initiatives to drive digital data strategy, marketing execution, web and mobile app insights, and A/B testing.
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site) in Boston, MA or New York, NY

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5–7 years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, and MarTech.
• Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Tag Manager.
• Advanced skills in GA4, SQL (Athena, BigQuery, Redshift), and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Experience implementing server-side tagging and managing CDPs.
• Strong data storytelling skills and experience with BI dashboards.

Experience:

• AWS or cloud: 3 years (Required)

• Manage digital tagging strategy, analytics implementation, and web/mobile insights.
• Build and maintain server-side data integrations (AWS, GCP) and APIs.
• Analyze clickstream and session-level data to optimize site and app performance.
• Design customer journey analytics, behavioral segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Build interactive dashboards with tools like Looker, Tableau, Quicksight, or PowerBI.
• Execute A/B testing and multi-touch attribution modeling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology.
