Job Description About the Role: The Business Analyst with strong data analytics skills will join the team responsible for delivering the new Trading Analytics Platform. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyze business needs, document requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the team. You will also work with data to perform analyses, validate assumptions and generate insights that support business decision‑making. You will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of data‑driven features, helping to prioritize enhancements and contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Gather, define, and validate business requirements from stakeholders for the Trading Analytics Platform development. Analyze workflows and recommend solutions for product enhancements and new initiatives. Collaborate with technology teams and business sponsors to deliver user-focused features. Ensure software developers clearly understand requirements for feature implementation. Work with data (e.g., using SQL or similar tools) to explore and validate datasets used in Trading Analytics use cases. Use data to support the design of reports and analytics (e.g., checking calculations, building example views, preparing sample scenarios for stakeholders). Support and coordinate testing activities across all project phases. Collect user feedback to inform future improvements and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in project documentation. Apply industry best practices throughout project execution. Qualifications Requirements: Demonstrated business analysis experience with successful delivery of product or business change outcomes. Strong data analytics skills, including experience querying data (preferably with SQL) and working with reporting or BI tools. Experience working with data in product or platform teams, focusing on analytical or reporting capabilities (e.g., understanding datasets, validating calculations, supporting report design). Ability to interpret and explain analytical findings in a clear and concise way to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Agile skills; able to work independently and in teams. Experience in digital product/platform development and engaging with multi-functional teams. Proven ability to take ownership of stakeholder deliverables and communicate effectively. Design Thinking mindset, with customer journey and experience design expertise. Track record of completing projects within agreed scope and timelines. Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience Additional Information Why Version 1?
