Description

Experience in credit risk analytics within retail banking, consumer finance or another regulated financial services environment
Strong experience in credit loss forecasting or portfolio loss analytics, with the ability to connect portfolio performance, delinquency and write offs with expected loss outcomes
Practical experience with ECL, including PD, LGD and EAD, impairment processes and credit risk parameter monitoring
Strong SQL skills and experience maintaining analytical code, with exposure to Python, R or SAS highly regarded
A disciplined approach to data quality, testing, controls, documentation and production change management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to explain analytical outcomes, challenge assumptions and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
The ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that support effective decision making
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
