Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Join our team as a Senior Data Analytics Specialist and help shape the future of data-driven innovation. In this pivotal role, you’ll design and build scalable, high-performance data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and machine learning across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about data, thrives in a dynamic environment, and loves tackling complex challenges head-on.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Delta Lake.
  • Build optimised Lakehouse and Data Warehouse models using medallion architecture.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate and streamline data workflows.
  • Develop and manage orchestration workflows, ensuring high performance across Azure data services.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, reusable data solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support reporting, dashboard development, and analytics in partnership with business SMEs.
  • Contribute to enterprise data strategy and ensure alignment with governance and architectural standards.
  • Manage platform releases, deployments, and provide advanced (Level 3) support for analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams to maintain performance, availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to promote data adoption and support business success.
