You will play a key role in providing exceptional subject matter expertise and solving complex problems to make a difference for our Clients. We are looking for candidates who will strengthen our Data Technology Team in Poland. We’re interested in professionals wiling to develop in Data & Analytics area, with a genuine interest to contribute to the growth of the Data capability with strong focus on Gen AI / LLMs.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to design and document data architecture, management processes, and data governance.
• Ability to analyze and document data structures and transformations.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to develop in the area of data and analytics as well as Gen AI.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, track, and report the status of deliverables.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing distributed applications and systems.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in designing solutions on cloud platforms.
• Experience in migrations from on-premise to cloud or IT transformations.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Experience in designing and building solutions using LLMs (foundation models, APIs, frameworks, prompt engineering, and techniques).
• Experience in designing and implementing modern application architecture (microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes containers).
• Experience working in Agile methodology.

• Designing data management strategies and processes within the organization.
• Designing and building systems and solutions using various cloud components and tools.
• Designing, building, and orchestrating data flows from multiple sources to the enterprise data lake and supporting data modeling for use in the enterprise semantic layer.
• Designing and building new functionalities and solutions for client use cases.
• Designing and building data platforms and applications using advanced analytics and Gen AI.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for testers, developers, and business users regarding data solution functionalities.
• Defining and estimating the scope of work needed to implement technical and business architecture.
• Leading project and program teams.
• Analyzing functional and business requirements, developing user stories, and designing solutions.
• Collaborating with team members.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
