Your tasks
- Development of data platforms: You design, build and continuously develop reliable data platforms and architectures that support analytics and data intelligence.
- Controlling tools & methods: You navigate confidently through the variety of tools and methods related to data architectures and support our customers in finding the right solution – on-premises or in the cloud.
- Ensuring data integration: You ensure consistent data integration and a smooth data flow across different systems, with a particular focus on data quality and accessibility.
- Implementing DataOps & Observability: You establish DataOps practices and observability to ensure data accuracy, discoverability, and reliability.
Your qualifications
- You have a good understanding of modern data architectures, platforms, technologies and paradigms.
- Professional software development and the use of cloud services are second nature to you. You already have experience with SaaS offerings such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- You have been working in data engineering for several years, ideally also for a few years in technical leadership roles.
- You have excellent analytical skills and can explain complex technical issues in an understandable way - even to non-technical people.
- You feel just as comfortable with the technology in the engine room as you do talking to the captain on deck.
- We work in a hybrid model: Regular personal interaction is important to us to foster collaboration. Therefore, it's natural for you to support your clients directly on-site during key project phases and meetings. You enjoy cultivating collegial relationships by being in the office at least every few weeks and participating in our team events.
