Job Description You will play a key role in designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise databases both on‑premise and in the cloud. As a Senior System Administrator, you will ensure high levels of data integrity, security, and availability for mission‑critical systems. You will also lead major migration initiatives, improve database performance, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust and scalable database solutions. Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases in on‑premise and cloud environments Administer and optimize SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS Manage and support Amazon Aurora, MySQL, and PostgreSQL Monitor and tune database performance; diagnose and resolve bottlenecks Ensure database security and regulatory compliance Lead and execute migrations from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2022 Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams Qualifications Must‑Have Requirements Extensive experience with SQL databases (on‑prem and cloud) Strong proficiency in SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Hands‑on experience with Amazon Aurora, MySQL, PostgreSQL Proven background in database performance tuning Strong understanding of database security and compliance Demonstrated experience migrating SQL Server 2012 → 2022 Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell Nice‑to‑Have Experience with enterprise backup/recovery tools (preferably Cohesity) Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Python Familiarity with MongoDB or modern NoSQL solutions Experience with data integration tools, preferably Qlik Additional Information We hereby inform you that Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. has implemented an internal reporting (whistleblowing) procedure.
