Responsibilities

Analyze current data structures, identify gaps, and document future-state requirements, including conceptual and logical data models
Work with business units to define key metrics, understand reporting needs, and align data solutions with organizational objectives
Conduct gap analyses and facilitate validation sessions to ensure requirements and models are accurate, complete, and business-aligned
Design and support data migration strategies, including data cleansing, transformation, and mapping from legacy systems to target environments
Collaborate with technical teams on tool evaluation, data preparation, testing, and quality assurance throughout implementation
Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating deliverables, monitoring project progress, and helping resolve data-related issues
Develop documentation and deliver training sessions for stakeholders on new data processes, reporting platforms, and system transitions
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring consistent communication, expectation management, and change readiness
Engage in post-implementation reviews to evaluate performance, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, integrating feedback and ensuring long-term adoption of data solution
