ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with demonstrated design experience in the area of complex mission critical facilities. The Program Manager will support third-party data center (3PDC) projects for CBRE’s clients, and will be responsible for coordinating various engineering tasks within the program. Responsibilities include maintaining and revising program documentation, engineering guides, and other technical tools necessary for thorough due diligence. The position also involves overseeing the progress of due diligence deliverables and ensuring that all relevant materials are appropriately saved and processed according to program guidelines.
This role will be onsite at one of the following sites: New York, New York; Sunnyvale, CA; Omaha, NE; Austin, TX; Kirkland, WA. Relocation can be made available for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Oversee the technical due diligence process and ensure activities are not halted or delayed.



      • Continuous monitoring of in-flight projects with the intention of escalating issues or blockers.



        • Ensure timely and accurate recording of technical due diligence details and relevant information.



          • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify requirements.



            • Regularly review the status of in-flight site evaluations and identify any bottlenecks or delays.



              • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines.



                • Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally.



                  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of contract-related documents.



                    • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract processing issues.



                      • Coordination of technical information across multiple sites across the fleet globally.
