• Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance: You design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support current and future business needs

• Data Governance & Quality: You implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintaining high data quality across all projects

• Performance Optimization: You identify and implement performance improvements in data processing, querying, and storage for efficient and cost-effective data utilization
• BI Strategy & Evolution: You contribute to the continuous evolution of EGYM’s BI strategy by developing and executing new initiatives and evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: You collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Business Analytics, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Advanced Analytics & Insights: You develop and deliver advanced analytics and reports, proactively identifying trends and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making
