KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and delivery of data solutions that effectively meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define, plan, and oversee the execution of project delivery.
• Technical solution design and proposal writing.
• Engage in the presales process to assess client needs and recommend appropriate, flexible solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams within Data & AI, Brennan Digital and our project management office to ensure client delivery.

TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS, THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE FOLLOW COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role(s) within a Professional Services or Managed Services business, or a client’s environment.
• Proven expertise in designing, planning, and technically leading the execution of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data solutions.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide teams in adopting flexible, technology-agnostic approaches.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing data warehouse & BI solutions with any combination of the following technologies:
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, PySpark or Python.
• Strong knowledge with Power BI or Tableau.
• Datawarehouse & BI experience across: Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
• Cloud technologies skills with: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• ETL Tools: Data Factory, SSIS or Informatica.
