Required:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing data systems

Responsibilities

Candidate will join a team of high-performing data scientists and data engineers to deliver cutting-edge analytics for high-visibility national security missions. Candidate will support building and maintaining the data ecosystem, which includes everything from building data sources and databases, implementing robust data pipelines, and creating data storage solutions.

  • Be a Pioneer: Collaborate in the development and deployment of a groundbreaking analytics platform that will set a new standard in the national security sector.
  • Unleash Insights: Dive into massive spatiotemporal datasets, applying advanced machine learning techniques (clustering, forecasting, NLP, graph analytics, and more) to extract actionable intelligence that drives mission-critical decisions.
  • Lead the Charge: Provide technical mentorship and guidance, championing best practices in data science and the innovative application of quantitative methods to overcome complex challenges.

Data Engineers will be required to interpret business needs and select appropriate technologies and have experience in implementing data governance of shared and/or master sets of data. Candidates will work with key business stakeholders, IT experts, and subject-matter experts to plan and deliver optimal data solutions. Candidates will create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines as workloads move from development to production for specific use cases to ensure seamless data flow for the use case. They will perform technical and non-technical analyses on project issues and help to ensure technical implementations follow quality assurance metrics. They will analyze data and systems architecture, create designs, and implement information systems solutions.
