SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to help build and scale enterprise-grade data pipelines, cloud integrations, and analytics platforms using Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for experienced engineers with a strong background in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and DevOps automation. You’ll play a critical part in advancing analytics and business intelligence efforts across a professional services environment, enabling secure and scalable data access and insights.

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
• Proficiency with ADF, ADLS Gen2, Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake
• Experience using Azure DevOps for orchestration and release management
• Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards
• Exposure to Power BI, schema design, and data governance tools is a plus

• Design and manage scalable data pipelines using Azure ADF, ADLS, and Databricks
• Develop ELT processes for structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON, Parquet)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data products using Azure DevOps and Git
• Collaborate with BI teams to optimize datasets for Power BI usage
• Automate infrastructure with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and monitor performance using Azure-native tools
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold high standards for code quality and documentation
