REQUIREMENTS

• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python.
• Solid experience with SQL, including complex queries and DDL scripting.
• Broad knowledge of design patterns and scalable architecture for medium to complex applications.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and modern data services.
• Hands-on experience with big data querying tools such as Redshift, Hive, Spark, or Presto.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Argo Workflows.
• Comfortable using Bitbucket or similar source control systems.
• Awareness of security concepts and best practices in data engineering.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering data solutions that support critical business operations and insights. You’ll be hands-on with the latest technologies and responsible for building robust, scalable systems within a modern cloud-based architecture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data services.
• Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code using Python.
• Implement modern data architectures in clustered environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and manage big data platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in cloud-based ecosystems.
