What we expect from you:

• Data Engineering & Architecture : Several years of experience in building and operating data pipelines (ideally Azure), very good understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, data modeling and advanced Azure topics (e.g. Databricks, monitoring, CI/CD, cost optimization)
• Analytics & AI Use Cases : Interest in or experience in making data usable for analytics, automation and AI use cases, including AI-related topics such as feature engineering, predictive analytics or ML preparation.
• Project & Client Environment : Experience in client-facing projects as well as in consulting, agency, media, B2B or platform environments, including willingness to travel for client projects.
• Working style & mindset : Strong hands-on mindset, high implementation strength and enjoyment of active participation.
• Communication & Collaboration : Ability to communicate complex technical content in an understandable, pragmatic and customer-oriented manner; teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Framework & Skills : Very good German & English skills, as well as a basic understanding of data quality and/or regulatory requirements.
