What you'll do As our Senior Data Engineer, you'll solve the challenge of turning fast-growing, complex data into high-quality, trusted, business-ready reporting. Your focus will be building and continuously improving our data platform, which means designing scalable data architecture, building robust data pipelines and reporting systems, and enforcing reliability and data quality best practices. You'll work with Analytics/BI, Product, and Engineering to enable accurate decision-making and dependable large-scale reporting. You will: Engineer scalable, resilient data architecture and infrastructure, balancing efficiency, speed, and maintainability Design, build, and continuously enhance data systems that collect, process, store, and distribute data across the organization Create, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and large-scale operational reporting Set and enforce best practices to keep data accurate, protected, accessible, and performant Maintain high reliability of production data systems via monitoring, logging, alerting, and structured incident response Participate in peer reviews, diagnose issues, and implement fixes to improve system stability and delivery quality Your professional skills and background Must-haves 5+ years of experience in data engineering / building data platforms and pipelines Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, including advanced query optimization and performance tuning Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and building operational reporting at scale Practical experience with a cloud-based columnar data warehouse, preferably AWS Redshift Familiarity and practical experience using AWS services for data engineering workloads Experience using ETL/ELT tools such as SSIS or Talend to design and manage workflows Experience operating production-grade data systems (monitoring, logging, alerting, incident handling) Nice-to-haves Experience with modern data engineering frameworks such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect Background in scaling data platforms in high-growth environments (fintech or similarly regulated industries is a plus) What we offer 💸Competitive salary and stock options.
