Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement enterprise-level data integration solutions - Establish guidelines for data engineering and coding standards - Mentor junior data engineers and offer technical mentorship - Work with collaborators to grasp business needs and convert them into technical solutions - Optimize existing data pipelines for performance and reliability - Lead troubleshooting of complex data issues - Participate in technical development reviews and architecture discussions Who You are: Senior Data Engineer with 5+ years of data engineering experience to manage the creation and maintenance of data architecture and pipelines. Responsibilities include guiding junior engineers and developing scalable data solutions in line with business objectives. - Solid proficiency in crafting and implementing data pipelines - Strong proficiency in SQL and optimization techniques - Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake) - Experience with Python programming language - Knowledge of Version control systems (Git) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) - Proficiency in data modeling and data warehouse structure GOOD TO HAVE: - Experience with DataOps and DevOps practices - Understanding of data mesh principles - Familiarity with data accuracy and evaluation frameworks - Familiarity with Power BI data visualization tools - Understanding data governance and security protocols - Agile/Scrum methodology experience Qualifications Engineering or Equivalent Soft Skills · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. · Ability to work independently and mentor team members Additional Information Our Engineering Culture: In our Agile/Lean DevOps environment, we've nurtured a culture of innovation and experimentation across our development teams.
