Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines and workflows. Operate, troubleshoot, and improve legacy data systems and pipelines. Collaborate with ML, BI, and data operations teams to support data-driven solutions. Implement scalable, robust AWS-based data architectures, ensuring reliability and security. Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and columnar databases (Redshift, Snowflake). Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL industry standards, and master data management. Experience with AWS services such as Glue, Batch, RDS, EMR, EKS, Lambda, and Step Functions. Familiarity with containerization, Kubernetes, Linux, and BASH scripting. Experience with workflow and orchestration tools like Airflow and DBT. Preferred: prior exposure to analytics infrastructure, SaaS products, or real estate data domains. Competitive base salary ($140,000 – $176,100 annually) with additional profit-sharing and bonus programs. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Paid time off, holidays, and wellness programs. Company-paid short-term disability coverage and supplemental insurance options. Virtual healthcare and mental health resources. Professional development resources for career growth. Inclusive, mission-driven environment where your work makes a measurable impact on real estate valuations.
