What you'll be working on:

🔹 Designing & building scalable data pipelines🔹 Developing and improving the wider data platform🔹 Working with large, complex datasets🔹 Data modelling, quality & reliability🔹 Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science & AI teams🔹 Supporting new AI / ML initiatives from a Data Engineering perspective🔹 Helping build the data foundations for use cases around LLMs, RAG, personalisation & intelligent automation🔹 Having a genuine say in architecture, tooling and engineering best practice

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong commercial Data Engineering experience✅ Excellent Python & SQL✅ Experience with modern cloud data platforms✅ Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift or similar✅ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modelling & pipelines✅ Experience with tools such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster or Prefect✅ Ideally, experience supporting AI / ML projects or exposure to LLMs, RAG, vector databases or embeddings
