Your responsibilities Designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT processes for efficient and reliable data flows Collecting data from various sources, including databases, APIs, external providers, and streaming platforms for IoT solutions Implementing tests, quality controls, and performance tuning to ensure data accuracy and addressing pipeline issues Partnering with data scientists and analysts to provide clean data for analytics and AI, understanding and meeting their data needs Supporting the design of security standards, monitoring data products, writing tests and documentation, and communicating errors to the business Staying current with emerging data engineering trends and practices to continually improve data capabilities and infrastructure Our requirements Previous experience as a Data Engineer Proficient in Python and SQL Proficiency in data modelling, ETL/ELT processes Experience with using Snowflake and DBT will be a plus Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (preferred cloud is Azure) Effective problem-solving and communication skills, and high level of responsibility for handling both individual assignments and team efforts Curiosity—you're not afraid to ask questions, contribute ideas, and drive improvement, we want everyone to contribute and speak up!
