Job Description
PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Non-FX Revenue, the Senior Data & Insights Analyst will provide accurate, timely and relevant business analytics by creating reports, dashboards and presentations on analysis and insights to meet operational needs and recommend improvements. You’re here to uncover insights, surface opportunities, and build tools that accelerate decision-making across cards, payments, AP automation and more.
You’ll also bring a practical, hands-on use of AI tools to turbocharge your analysis, streamlining workflows, building predictive models, and moving faster than traditional analysts.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Non-FX Revenue. Your job is to turn noise into signal. To quantify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should double down on next. You’ll help us shape strategy, optimise through A/B testing, micro & macro changes, improve adoption, and influence product direction.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves diving into messy data, finding patterns, automating workflows, and helping a high-growth team move faster.
You will also contribute to the development and evolution of OFX’s data framework including data governance, metadata management, quality management, business intelligence, and the practice of analytics and data science. The Data & Insights Analyst will positively contribute to the Data & Insights practice at OFX, sharing knowledge and learnings to build consistency with how OFX discusses, promotes and reports on data & insights.
