Senior Data Integration & Client Onboarding Specialist Pension & Health Benefits (TPA) Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Senior Data Integration & Client Onboarding Specialist for a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) supporting pension and health & welfare benefit programs. This role ensures accurate client data onboarding, secure data exchange, and strong alignment between external partners and internal operations. The work week is Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, except 8am to 6pm on Wednesdays. Hybrid, 1 day Work from home Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding for new pension and health & welfare clients, including data discovery and requirements documentation. Configure and validate data feeds (eligibility, contributions, claims) with IT, operations, payroll vendors, and carriers. Maintain data mapping specifications, transformation logic, and integration documentation. Monitor SFTP/API transmissions, troubleshoot data issues, and support claims adjudication setup. Produce client reports and ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA, and GDPR. Support continuous improvements across data onboarding and integration workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years in data integration, onboarding, or systems analysis within a TPA or employee benefits environment. Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL, data mapping, and benefits administration platforms (Relius, ASC, Datair, etc.). Familiarity with secure data exchange (SFTP, APIs) and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR). Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
