Senior Data & Intelligence Delivery ManagerInnovation & Digital – Assurance | South Africa Step into a role where data, digital transformation, and strategic impact meet.As the Senior Data & Intelligence Delivery (DID) Manager within the AssuranceInnovation & Digital team, you won’t just oversee delivery — you’ll help shape thefuture of digital audit, empower teams, and drive visible change across a portfolio ofleading audit clients. Reporting directly to the Africa DID Leader, you will lead a talented Data & IntelligenceDelivery team, unlock the power of EY’s digital capabilities, and help bridge the gapbetween cutting-edge technology and real-world client outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities: Take Ownership and oversite of key client accounts, building trusted relationshipsthrough client visits, informed scoping, and proactive issue resolution. Serve as a key touchpoint for Audit leadership, PPD, and COO teams on complex,high-visibility engagements. Support and coach Data Delivery Managers through regular check-ins, reviews, KPIsetting, and performance cycles. Elevate team capability through smart prioritisation, stand-ups, onboarding, andthoughtful workload planning — especially during peak audit seasons. Manage delivery lists, optimise weekly planning, and ensure deadlines are achievedsmoothly and effeciently Champion operational excellence across Helix reviews, process improvements,communications, budget alignment and cost-saving initiatives. Deep-dive into complex data challenges with analysts, clients, and audit teams tocreate meaningful, reliable data solutions. Develop a strong understanding of Assurance’s full suite of digital solutions and act as atrusted advisor to engagement teams. Produce value reports for top clients and help embed digital insights into auditcommittee documentation. Collaborate with the GTM team to bring the EY Assurance digital oƯering to life —strengthening our reputation and value proposition. Lead GTM project tracking and cross-functional collaboration with Creative Servicesand internal stakeholders to amplify messaging and support strategic priorities. Required Skills and Experiences: A qualified CA with at least 4 years post-articles experience and a strong grounding inaudit and data Collaborative, curious, and passionate about improving audit quality with digitalsolutions.
