Description
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure data center and enterprise network architectures Develop and maintain high-level and low-level design documents, deployment plans, and migration strategies Drive initiatives supporting cloud adoption, SD-WAN, automation, and network segmentation Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues and lead troubleshooting efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals Engage with vendors to evaluate and integrate new technologies Ensure designs meet requirements for resiliency, disaster recovery, and performance SLAs Present technical solutions to internal stakeholders and technology governance boards 10+ years in senior-level network engineering roles, ideally within financial services or service provider environments Deep expertise in routing/switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, MP-BGP, RIP Advanced LAN/WAN design and multicast networking: Spanning Tree, VLANs (802.1Q), PIM, IGMP Extensive experience with SDN technologies, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, DMVPN Working knowledge on Wireless Technologies Strong understanding of MPLS, SONET/SDH, and modern enterprise WAN topologies Cisco Nexus 9000, Catalyst 9000/6800/4500, ASR 9000 routers Arista EOS-based switching platforms Juniper JunOS platforms (preferred) Build a career with impact.
