Its main responsibilities are: * Data reporting and insights * Standardized and optimized reports and performance trackers for U.S. team/clients * Analytical storytelling * Leveraging data to tell a compelling story * Software development * To support the dynamic needs of our team * Tool creation * Creating easy-to-use solutions to complex data problems * Data Operations- Cloud data management * Building and maintaining data pipelines from data sources to cloud database storage * Data retrieval from a large variety of data sources About the Role We're looking for a Senior Data Operations Analyst to help drive the reliability, scalability, and quality of our data ecosystem. You'll collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build and support data pipelines, solve complex data challenges, and improve the health of critical data flows. This role combines hands-on technical work with operational leadership, requiring strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership. As a technical leader within the team, you'll help define standards, mentor team members, lead incident investigations, and drive initiatives that improve data processes. What You’ll Do   * Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion workflows * Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data incidents * Design and implement scalable data quality frameworks, validation rules, automated checks, and alerting mechanisms * Lead investigations into complex data issues, identifying root causes and driving permanent solutions  * Build and maintain monitoring dashboards that provide actionable insights into pipeline performance, and data quality * Drive initiatives that improve observability, automation, and testing  * Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release standards  * Establish best practices and standards  * Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical capabilities What We’re Looking For Required   * 4+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Data Quality, or related fields * Strong SQL and Python skills * Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration platforms * Experience building and troubleshooting ETL/ELT pipelines * Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred) * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Nice to Have   * DBT experience * Looker experience * Monitoring and observability tools * Retail or CPG data experience * Incident management and RCA framework experience * Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
