Job Description Job Description 1. Be responsible for areas including but not limited to project coordination, internal communication with local and global teams. 2. Implement the tasks on schedule with high quality. 3. Serves as expertise for operation function, ensure goals assigned are met. 4. Cooperates with cross team peers under Operation, Data Science and Tech team, identifies the key risks or potential issues for the projects. 5. Serves as the initiator to solve the issues, prepare the backup plan, and monitor it to ensure on time delivery. Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree above. 2. 0-1 year+ of project coordination experience. Hard Skill and knowledge 1. Excellent MS office skills (Excel, PPT). 2. Language - Fluent written and spoken English is preferred. 3. Good understanding in FMCG market is preferred. Soft Skill 1. Strong communication skills – clarify needs with clear logic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present clear messages from complex information/data to all peers internally. 2. Multitask Management and anti-pressure ability. 3. Goal-oriented, flexible, diligent. 4. Leadership – a clear understanding and commitment to Nielsen goals and objectives, and the ability to build professional relationships with partners and team members. 5. Collaboration and Teamwork. 6. Continuous improvement mindset and proactive attitude.
