Description

As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human-delivered, technology-enabled crisis support. You will work across the organization and externally to define the strategy for our foundational data services that drive our business operations and support our customers and research teams.
You will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of a scalable and interoperable data platform supporting Crisis Text Line’s product development initiatives. You will provide technical leadership and ensure seamless data integration across core components, including data lakes, third-party tools, metadata management, AI services, and access control.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have 5+ years experience in Product Management, preferably managing data engineering products for enterprise software in a complex cloud, B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience with DataBricks and Machine Learning delivery
  • Direct experience with DataBricks - including the ability to manage vendor relationships, understand platform functionality, architecture setup, and cost implications.
  • Have proven experience defining a product vision and roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches
  • Have a demonstrated ability to autonomously gather and synthesize requirements from users and stakeholders and identify the key problems to solve
  • Deep technical understanding of data architecture and pipelines, data warehousing, data schemas, data security, and data quality and governance.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborative partnerships with external customers and internal stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
    Reliable High-Speed Internet Required: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.
    The full salary range for this position, across all United States geographies, is $135,520 to $165,000 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience; during the interview process, candidates will learn the starting salary range applicable for their location. We pay competitively in the tech-forward nonprofit space and offer a robust benefits package.
