As the Data Enablement Specialist, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for driving the adoption, usage, and integration of our Data Quality and Governance (DQ&G) platforms. You will act as a technical subject matter expert and data coach, working closely with both business and technology teams to ensure the seamless adoption of these tools across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and change management to ensure that our DQ and Governance vision is effectively embedded into everyday workflows, providing maximum value to the organization.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (onsite three days per week)

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of data quality and governance principles and platforms. Familiarity with data management, data quality checks, and AI-driven insights in the context of data governance.
• Experience : Proven experience working with data governance and quality platforms, or experience in a data-related role, such as data analyst, data architect, or data engineer.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new tools and processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions in both technical and business contexts.
• Training & Enablement : Experience in creating training materials and delivering sessions to enable users to adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.
