Job Description Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is a global Hub located in Sofia that provides operations support for various Media products. The department services include data and systems quality control, panel helpdesk support, data processing and delivery, data analytics and data science, process automation support. The TAM Data Production Specialists are members of the Hub “Currency Ops Team” which supports TV/Radio Audience Measurement (TAM/RAM) operations in multiple countries. This team is working on 24/7 shifts rotation and is responsible for various regular tasks, including systems monitoring and incident response, data quality control and processing, data reporting, etc. The team collaborates closely with every local country operations team, escalating issues to the global Tech support and engineering teams, as well as to various data center operators. Responsibilities Work on 24/7 shifts rotation on monitoring of data processing and systems status Monitoring of TV and Radio sound sampling servers – multiple channels, different per country Participate in the on-call support during shifts – automated alarms reaction and reporting Work on regular data quality checks (e.g. ratings per channel) and status reporting Notify and support the local country operations teams when issues are observed Notify global Tech support and engineering teams, or data center operators when needed Develop expertise in the local media channels situation and broadcast behavior Support documenting of work procedures and best practices Assist in optimizations of work processes Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting when needed Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant work experience (data and process monitoring, tech helpdesk) Good general IT and MS Windows user skills Good data management skills (e.g. MS Excel) Solid written and verbal communication skills in English Analytical skills and attention to details attitude Ability to convey technical information effectively Eager to gain more technical knowledge Knowledge in data query tools (e.g. SQL, Python) is considered as advantage Data Production Specialist with German 47 A, Tsarigradsko shosse Blvd, Sofia, Bulgaria Full-time Career Site Team: Operations Job Description Global Service Center Media Measurement (GSC MM) is a global Hub located in Sofia that provides operations support for various Media products. We are looking to hire a Data Production Specialist with German that will work as a dedicated member of our Media operations team in Austria. The main tasks will include daily data production and delivery for our Austrian TV Audience Measurement (TAM) contract while collaborating both with the internal teams and the customers. He or she is expected to communicate with the clients when necessary and participate in the weekend coverage rotation together with the local team. Responsibilities: Support daily processing of TV and streaming data (importing, preparing, exporting) Perform quality and plausibility checks Execute automated processes and scripts Create internal control reports for data validation Work with various data processing platforms and applications Handle internal and external inquiries, including data corrections (primarily via email).
