Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field Typically 5+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field Experience working with domain structures; conceptual, logic and physical Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Analyze and Validate Data: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations. Data Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of data quality across multiple sources and systems. Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data quality standards and policies. Develop Data Quality Standards: Create and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure high data quality across the organization. Data Monitoring: Continuously monitor data quality metrics and implement error detection and correction processes. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT, data management, and business teams to design and implement data strategies and models. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Data Integration: Work closely with data integration teams to ensure data quality is maintained during data migration and integration projects. Generate Reports: Produce data quality reports and presentations for management to inform decision-making. Training and Support: Provide training and support to data stewards and other team members on data quality best practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data quality processes and tools. Data Cleaning: Identify and remove old, unused, or duplicate data to maintain a clean and efficient database. Technical Support: Provide technical support to team members facing data-related issues and recommend improvements. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
