iSchool is looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Science & AI Content Developer to lead the creation of innovative, engaging, and industry-aligned learning content for the DECI Project (Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative). This is a leadership role where you will design and oversee end-to-end AI & Data Science learning journeys, mentor junior content developers, and ensure all content meets high pedagogical and technical standards. You will play a key role in shaping how students learn data-driven thinking, machine learning, and real-world AI applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of comprehensive Data Science & AI curriculum (Beginner → Advanced) Design and oversee: Interactive lessons and structured learning paths Hands-on projects and real-world case studies Assignments and assessment frameworks Mentor and guide junior content developers Ensure alignment with DECI objectives and modern learning methodologies Define curriculum structure, roadmap, and content strategy Review and enhance content based on student feedback and performance insights Maintain high standards of content quality, clarity, and engagement Contribute to cross-functional and project leadership initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Data Science / AI projects Strong ability to teach and structure knowledge effectively Leadership mindset with experience mentoring or managing teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Passion for education and student impact Content & Teaching Skills Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Ability to create: Lesson plans Interactive activities and projects Assignments and assessments Strong English communication and content writing skills Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for students Experience working with students or educational platforms is a strong plus Why Join This Project?
