This position is located at our data studio Berlin. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges of our clients. Extract valuable information from unstructured and large data sources Create AI/ML-driven solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions. Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. WHAT YOU BRING ALONG Must have skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on practical applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK). Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly. Nice to have: Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms. Experience with data processing in Spark and Databricks. Experience with data visualization, dashboarding tools or simple frontends for visualization (Streamlit, Dash, Tableau, PowerBI). Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras). Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
