• Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Statistics, Data Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Proven track record of understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry.3-5 years of sound experience with R and SQL. Additional languages are desirable.
• 
  An ideal candidate will have solid experience in working with reporting and visualization layers, preferably with RStudio Shiny knowledge. They should be proficient in creating and implementing Plumber APIs and have experience with Confluence and Jira. Additionally, experience in financial services, particularly within Credit Risk, Finance, and Operations, as well as working in an AWS environment, is essential.
  We are also seeking a candidate skilled in data mining and extraction using big data databases, with an outstanding understanding of big data and risk management. The ideal candidate should possess logical thinking to ensure accurate modelled outcomes, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain exceptional relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
