Description

he Data & Insights Manager will:

Lead and support two established analysts, providing direction and helping develop the organisation's insight capability
Move the function beyond reporting into more advanced analysis, including segmentation, audience profiling, propensity modelling and lifetime value
Use tools such as SQL and Power BI to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insight
Work closely with fundraising and senior stakeholders to ensure insight directly informs decision-making and strategy
Bring strong analytical experience alongside confident stakeholder management; Python, FastStats and charity/fundraising experience would be advantageous but aren't essential
