Description

The Commercial Data Science & Machine Learning team at Squarespace is looking for a Senior Data Scientist. Our team develops and integrates data science models into company practices and the product to unlock value for Squarespace and its customers. You will support investment decisions through statistical and machine learning modeling, test design, and causal inference techniques. In addition to this main focus, you will also work on projects that help protect our customers and the business by developing detecting fraud, mitigating abuse, and minimizing financial losses from high-risk transactions. This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to the Senior Manager of Data Science & Machine Learning. You'll Get To… Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Strategists, and Engineers to identify opportunities and create data science solutions Prototype different approaches to identify the best data solutions for business problems Design, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine-learning models in business- and customer-facing applications; for example, marketing mix modeling, customer lifetime value modeling, and financial risk modeling.
