This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Growth in United States. In this role, you will drive data-driven growth strategies by measuring, modeling, and optimizing top-of-funnel acquisition performance across multiple marketing channels. You will build advanced analytics and experimentation frameworks, from attribution and incrementality testing to media mix modeling, to guide strategic marketing investments. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, you will translate complex behavioral and predictive analyses into actionable insights. The position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact decisions that expand reach, improve lead quality, and accelerate user acquisition. Accountabilities: Design, execute, and analyze experiments across acquisition channels, including A/B tests, geo experiments, and lift studies. Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling to guide marketing strategy. Partner with Marketing and Product teams to optimize campaigns, improve lead efficiency, and enhance targeting. Build predictive models and analytics pipelines to identify high-potential audiences and inform growth decisions. Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams. Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure data quality, instrumentation, and reliability of metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s or PhD preferred. 6+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experimentation/causal inference techniques. Experience in marketing measurement, attribution, and predictive modeling (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing, channel optimization). Ability to handle ambiguous, open-ended research questions and convert findings into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and build trust across teams. Passion for leveraging data to drive impactful growth initiatives.
