Core responsibilities

Buiness Collaboration

  • Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives

Data Integration

  • Connect data from various sources, collaborating with Operations Managers and engineers to develop comprehensive data solutions

Data Preparation

  • Use statistical and analytical methods to comprehend the data and perform data cleansing and feature engineering to make the data fit for machine learning use case

Modeling Expertise

  • Strong understanding of building and evaluating regression models

Insight Communication

  • Communicate the outcome in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decision-making

The skillset we are looking for

  • Experience in __data analysis__ and machine learning (specifically regression or reinforcement learning) preferably within a business context
  • Strong zeal for Data Crunching and Wrangling
  • Good applied statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and model building
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact

Bonus points if you bring

  • Experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision for generative AI applications
