Job Description Drive technical discussions on designs, execution & processes with different teams/stakeholders in the company Lead research for the identification and implementation of methods and best practices to improve and optimize data collection, validation and processing approaches. Play a key role in developing/updating and documenting new/existing methodologies. Leads while working in a global context and connecting to stakeholders in different parts of the world. Uses “Outside-in-thinking” when making decisions to continuously improve the product. Engage with process owners to review the new/updated methodologies. Provide Technology team with specs for development of new/modified methodologies. Qualifications Very good knowledge of end-to-end processes of RMS products Good engagement/interaction/communication skills with different teams/stakeholders in the company (experts from other areas) Minimum bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science or Econometrics Proficient in Python, R, SQL, as well as in Bitbucket/Confluence Additional Information NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
