About us With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people. You’d also help to optimise real-time data streams and automation endpoints to ensure our systems run smoothly at scale. Main tasks and responsibilities:Identify, research and prioritise hypotheses to improve automated pricing algorithms. Develop, deploy, and monitor automated pricing systems, ranging from classical supervised to reinforcement learning and advanced control system designs. Design and run experiments to validate pricing approaches and estimate their impact. Lead the automation-first approach to pricing in the company. Partner with analysts, engineers and operations specialists to identify pricing problems and develop the most efficient solutions. About you:5+ years of experience in applied machine learning for marketplace pricing. Mastery in Python and SQL. Exceptional knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical inference, and autonomous decision-making systems. Expert grasp of two-sided marketplace mechanics. Strong ownership mindset and comfort working autonomously from problem research to model deployment. Skilled at communication with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying! #LI-Hybrid
