Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) or 5 years work experience with a Master’s degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, STATA, MATLAB) to solve problems.
  • Experience in product analytics within payments.
  • Experience with the use of data-warehouse tables and operational data and ability to write or modify SQL queries.
  • Experience working with Engineers, Product Managers, and UX to provide product-centric insights along with excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and leadership skills, along with the ability to communicate with management teams.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills to deliver findings of analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal data sets, solve problems, apply advanced methods as needed.
  • Conduct analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables and presentations.
  • Define metrics and develop reports, build and prototype dashboards to provide insights, communicate findings, recommendations, and metrics updates to both technical and non technical internal stakeholders.
  • Drive insights into business performance, synthesize and present findings at regular reviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering and Operation teams to drive product impact and ensure infrastructure supports key analyses.
