As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the design and development of advanced data models and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and business impact. You will work with large, complex datasets to uncover insights, optimize processes, and support product and growth initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams, allowing you to influence both data strategy and execution. Accountabilities: Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and statistical analyses to support business and product objectives. Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and analytical rigor. Contribute to data strategy, pipeline design, and model deployment processes. Ensure reproducibility, scalability, and robustness of analytical workflows. 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data pipelines. Solid understanding of database design, data warehousing, and data engineering principles. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
