REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in data and analytics roles.
• Expertise in ML, deep learning, and model deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps.
• Strong data handling, risk evaluation, and SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Looking for a seasoned AI/Data professional with a strong risk and control mindset to lead the development, evaluation, and governance of AI/ML solutions. The role involves modernizing control frameworks using advanced analytics, ensuring responsible AI practices, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across data, cloud, and AI environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret and apply governance frameworks for data, cloud, and AI risks.
• Apply ethical AI practices, especially for Generative AI.
• Automate controls using AI/ML; build and optimize models.
• Establish model evaluation and upgrade standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Communicate risks, benefits, and controls to stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and continuously improve solutions.
