QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and data analysis techniques
• Experience in big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
• More than 5 years commercial experience in capital markets / ESG industry
• Demonstrable solution design expertise
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience and entrepreneurial outlook

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role involves providing technical leadership to both the data science team and the broader RoZetta team, with a focus on solution design. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between data science innovations and the implementation of practical, scalable solutions, reporting directly to the Chief Data Scientist. The primary responsibilities will include designing data-driven solutions and collaborating with the technology implementation team to transition proof of concept (POC) solutions into production.
