stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Senior Data Scientist specialist. In this role, you will be aresponsible for driving data-driven decision-making across Customer Value Management, marketing, and commercial functions. By leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques, the role aims to improve campaign performance, enhance customer segmentation, and enable personalized engagement to support business growth and customer retention. Roles And Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Conduct investigative and exploratory analysis to understand subscriber behavior, usage trends, and campaign performance in response to CLM and business requests. Support customer segmentation and personalization initiatives (e.g., RFM, behavioral, value-based) and generate accurate campaign target lists using SQL, Python, SAS, or similar tools. Develop, maintain, and support predictive and AI-driven models (e.g., churn, upsell, cross-sell) and contribute to use cases that drive measurable business impact such as churn reduction and ARPU growth. Collaborate closely with CLM/CVM, marketing, product, data engineering, and commercial teams to ensure data quality, alignment with business objectives, and effective execution. Translate business requirements into data-driven insights by applying statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, telecom KPIs, and performance evaluation of targeted campaigns. To apply for this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant Experience.
