Description
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 12-20 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Chennai JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Lead client and stakeholder engagements independently, aligning on project scope, timelines, and deliverables Provide analytical leadership across multiple initiatives, ensuring high-quality and on-time execution Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical and machine learning models including forecasting, classification, regression, and segmentation Perform A/B testing, causal inference, and optimization modeling (linear, mixed-integer, and multi-objective optimization) Conduct robust model validation, performance monitoring, and maintain thorough technical documentation Execute complex data analyses and translate insights into actionable business recommendations Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations using Tableau and Power BI Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications Integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability Build and maintain data quality checks, monitoring frameworks, and reporting processes Perform root-cause analysis and support validation of data and system changes prior to release Leverage Databricks for scalable data processing, advanced analytics, and machine learning workflows Partner with engineering teams to implement MLOps practices, including MLflow pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management Use Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative development Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, regulatory, and security standards Define and track KPIs and metrics that support data-driven business decisions Required Skills Strong expertise in SQL and Python for advanced data analysis and modeling Extensive experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and large datasets Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale analytics and machine learning Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using Tableau and/or Power BI Experience with Git/GitLab or similar version control systems Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive communication Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks Preferred Skills Experience with SAS and/or R Familiarity with automotive, VIN, or similar domain-specific datasets Experience working with complex data models, MDM concepts, and enterprise-scale data environments Exposure to MLOps tools, practices, and production-grade machine learning systems Key Skills SQL Python Databricks Tableau Power BI
