Join the Human Services Integration (HSI) team within Social Development (SD) as a Senior Data Solutions Integrator. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will help shape how vulnerable populations access benefits and services across the city.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering, Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive leadership experience in data analytics, machine learning, applied research, and reporting.
  • Extensive experience managing relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and statistical programming (e.g., SAS, SQL).
  • Advanced skills in geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS, MapInfo) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Proficiency in web development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a focus on accessibility and UX.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High discretion with sensitive data and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear business insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for public service innovation and political acuity.
  • Willingness to travel to various City of Toronto locations for stakeholder engagement.
