Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality data collection and publication to LEGO® Nexus (Databricks) in collaboration with E2E LEGO.com Operations digital product teams.
  • Transform, cleanse, and enrich data to create self-serve sources for e-Commerce, A&I, LEGO® Retail, and other data consumers like personalization and digital engagement.

Play your part in our team succeeding
This role is key to enabling self-service data products for LEGO® Retail, empowering data-driven operational, tactical, and strategic decisions. Initially focused on e-Commerce, it has the potential to expand into Marketing, Finance, and Operations. As LEGO® invests in digitization and data strategy, this role will scale the LEGO® Data Platform, enriching the retail and direct-to-consumer data landscape while driving key data development projects to improve model accuracy and accelerate insights into action across the business.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate will have experience in Data Specialization, Data Solutions, or Data Engineering, with expertise in SQL and/or Python for handling large structured and unstructured datasets. A strong background in ETL processes and data transformation is essential, along with proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI. Experience in the Retail or E-Commerce industry, particularly with web tracking exposure, is highly valued. The role requires the ability to translate technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
You will travel up to 10 days a year.
